How much are health costs?

I've been on government-assisted health plans since I was diagnosed as HIV positive. I've finally gotten myself out of a rut and am about to make $80,000/year. But I won't qualify for assistance programs anymore. I'm looking for someone who makes this same amount, in the US, and can share their experience with medical costs and what I should expect to pay. Can anyone help?
