Positive Preg. Test but No period for 3 konths

Hi, so I just tested positive twice for pregnancy. I had stillbirth in Feb. 2017 and had three periods after with no sign of problems. I lost my period in June,July,August and now I have 2 positive preganancy test in September. I also have hyperthyroid and my boobs leak when squeezed only and not a lot. Sometimes breast pain, some weird pelvic pressure and uterus feels hard and sticks out when laying down and also my pelvic gets hard sometimes when I'm sitting either right or left side. I don't have signs of ectopic, or miscarriage but I don't know if it still could be accurate or false positive test any suggestions or advice? I'm 23 years old

Why not do a blood test and visit a gynecologist who will confirm a pregnancy? 2 positive home pregnancy tests would normally indicate a pregnancy.
