Does anyone know of any doctors in the Midwest US that treat Slipping Rib Syndrome?

After a year of tests and chiropractic visits and doctor consultations, we believe I have Slipping Rib Syndrome. I am struggling to find a doctor in the Midwest US (preferably Oklahoma or Texas) that has even heard of this. Looking for some insight.

Where and who did you find to help with your pain? I have been to dealing with this for 5 years. I have been to many doctors, and none are able to help.
