Is it breast cancer

I am 29 years old,male.
Started experiencing pain at my left breast 2 days ago and realised there is a pea shaped , movable lump just beside my left nipple.
The pain and burning sensation is on and off.
Could it be breast cancer?

I would definitely check with your doctor.  it is most likely nothing, but for peace of mind, you should get it checked out.  good luck!
