Rescue American Bully/Amstaff has kidney disease but what stage?

I had my dogs blood taken just to get a baseline for her. Everything was great except her BUN level which is at 65. So urine test ordered to find out her levels is low for toxin removal. She shows no other signs for kidney disease. I have had her almost 2 years now and she has always had issues with incontinence and her breath has always been kinda foul but nothing else weird. Healthy has a horse. Now we are scheduled for an ultrasound and hoping for scar tissue, cysts, or maybe only one kidney functioning to explain her levels.

Not sure what "level" of kidney disease this might be or what I should be asking my vet at this point either.

Anyone have any advice or thoughts?

Hello. I am sorry for being so late getting back to you about your questions. Personal circumstances and ill-health have caused me to be away from MedHelp for a while. Can you please update me with any changes since your original post along with any other questions you may have. I will get back to you within a day or so of you posting. Thank you. Tony
