Does anyone else have these symptoms? Can someone help?

I was in the ER for an unrelated situation and during the ultrasound, the doctors and radiologist found an Ovarian Cyst. It measures approximately 7x6x5 (cm).

Currently on the right side of my abdomen where my right ovary should be, I have very minor cramping and a pinching/needle poking feeling.

Once in a while get bad leg pain as well.

Anyone experienced this before? Any thoughts/opinions greatly appreciated!!

Ovarian cysts are very common and most go away on their own, no intervention needed. Did they tell you the type of cyst it appears to be such as simple, complex, dermoid? If not, you can get a copy of the ultrasound report that should specify. Based on the size of the cyst, I would think a follow-up u/s a month or two out would have been suggested.
