Nicked bowel after hysterectomy? And dvt?

I am 7 days post op laproscopic hysterectomy I have had a dream dimmer completed with ultrasound which were both negative and also have had xray of abdomin completed with just constipation.  My question is with everything normal at the moment am I at risk for bowel perforation or a dvt still?

My mother died due to a bowel nick during hernia surgery. It's a rapid decline and symptoms are grim.  Severe pain that puts you in the fetal position.  Usually, if caught, sepsis (the issue of a nicked bowel) is treatable and responds well to treatment. My mom was alone and didn't seek help in a timely manner.  Onset is quick---  surgery on Wednesday, ill by Friday, in ER by Saturday, diagnosed with sepsis and operated on, dead Monday.  There were 4 patients admitted to the hospital the Saturday my mon was with sepsis.  Three lived, one died.  So, if you don't have issues of pain and possibly fever, I would not worry about a bowel perf.  good luck
