So to sum it up, I woke up one morning and for some reason I noticed a very small lump poking through the scrotal skin. Keep in mind that I just turned 17 years old. This lump is located in the back of the mid section of my right "sack". It is closer to the groin or pelvis if anything. I think it is most likely above the epididymis's body, in scientific terms, because if I press down on it and kinda grab I can feel a tightly coiled, bag of worms typing feeling. I haven't noticed any of the distinct symptoms of testicular cancer. Of course out of paranoia I tend to assume things are happening when they really are not. It has been 4-5 days now and the lump hasn't grown. It has began to itch every so often, which makes me move more towards a type of cyst or pimple.
Then today I am confusing myself and it is really worrying me. I never really squeezed on the actual testicles. So today I did after doing some research and they feel, I guess hard, but firm hard. The way I think this is because a forum online said that her husbands testicles felt like a golf ball wrapped in skin when he had it. Mine aren't quite like this, they are "firm" but its not like they can be squeezed down or anything. It's difficult to explain. Can someone give em a better explanation please?? Please define firm versus hard, is the testicle suppose to feel kinda dense and hard if it is normal.
Thanks,
Nick
