BFs daughter got Children services called on me

I am dating a divorced man with 2 children. Children he has 75% of the time. As of right now we are not together, for a lot of reasons but the main one being that his daughter had children services called on me. She made up this huge lie that her father and I were drinking a lot at a Super Bowl party and she saw me with a beer in my hand, I was driving all over the road, him and I were arguing and we both were throwing up everywhere when we got home. NONE of this happened at all. Completely untrue. Never happened. I was shocked hurt and couldn't believe it. These kids lived at my home for a year and a half I did everything I could for them. The day his 8 yr old daughter told me her Mom didn't pay her $48.00 lunch balance I gave her my last $3 just so she didn't go hungry. I cut his sons hair about once a week, he is very appreciative. His little sister though, she was at my house for my sisters baby shower, at my family's for a holiday picnic or a birthday party and at every event I'm told by someone that she gives dirty looks, and I've caught her myself. I let that go, we even went to Vegas for a family trip just to sightsee, they had the option of that or Disney but they chose Vegas. My bf and I were walking down the strip and multiple times when he was holding my hand she would cut in or have the need to hold his hand also, it seemed weird I had mentioned to him that she is jealous of me and he flipped out. I couldn't imagine any other reason for a child to then go and ask her father if he likes me or her more?! I was like omg you have got to be kidding me, is this the little girl that I threw a birthday party for, took shopping, invited her and her brother on MY family vacation. Him and I were having issues at this point... so jump to about 2 weeks ago after his ex got the call from children services that their daughter had told her teacher this stuff he moved out it became very stressful for me, mind you I am a single woman never been married or have children of my own, I accepted and sacrificed a lot for this relationship. Anyways, I was cleaning out her room after they left and I always checked her book bag because her mother never did and there were always important papers in there or permission slips or notes from the teacher, ya know just trying to be a good parental figure. I found a picture she had drew of my dogs her and her brother her mom and dad. I was no where in this picture but she always stated how much she loved me and that I would take her on bike rides... I'm just confused and very hurt by all of this it has put an enormous strain on our relationship... so much it has torn us apart. I love him so much I just don't know what his daughters problems are or how to help or will she ever get over this.

P.S  now that we're not together he moved back with his mom and her husband, his daughter sleeps with him every night she is 8 and just with everything going on and how's she's been acting and the possessiveness over her father I find this very unhealthy yet afraid to bring it up because he gets very offensive anytime I say anything.. please help? Oh and I want to add this too, his son is 13 and lied about something before his daughter got in trouble, he’s still grounded from his phone however the daughter already has her iPad back.

Wow this is a multiple questions question that needs multiple answers.

First, get AWAY from child protection services as soon as possible! Don't admit anything and get a lawyer!!!
I was a step-mom from heaven who reported my step daughter being abused and neglected and it cost me all four of my young children!

It used to be that people would report child abuse annoynamously and the child reported would receive HELP. Now, it is known that Child Protection World Wide is corrupt to the core and they will only look at your case ONE WAY, "how can we make money off this family".

They were called by nurses at hospital when my ex tried to commit suicide. They kept file open because of various police calls between my ex and I because I was moving out and my ex was stalking and harassing me. They told me they wanted me to come to one more meeting before closing my file. I couldn't make it due to traffic. They took my baby and adopted him out. Don't underestimate the damage they can do and get them out of your life ASAP!!!
