constantly dizzy, drunk feeling!

last year I was experiencing slight dizziness with a weird almost jumpy/falling sensation in my head/eyes when I turned my head. I went to the neurologist and they did an MRI. It came back abnormal and a few months and lots of tests later, the neurologist seems to think I had a small stroke. since then I have good and bad days. I seem to have "episodes" of dizziness (the room doesn't spin, its more of a drunk off balance feeling.) My vision also seems a bit hazy and I feel like I am going to pass out (although I never do...) I sometimes get a flushed tingling feeling that starts at the top of my head and travels down my body. I sometimes have a numb/tingling sensation on my scalp and sides of my face. My heart races sometimes and I am sure a lot of it is anxiety as I am scared I am having a stroke... I sometimes feel lots of pressure in my head, heavy headed, stiff neck, shaky inside. I have high blood pressure and have been but on Lisinopril and also take a small dose of citalopram for anxiety.
Has anyone else experienced any of these symptoms? Im starting to feel crazy... all the tests come back normal.

Strange you say that. I also have all these symptoms. Was just thinkin tonight the best way to describe how I feel in my eyes is, it's like a flight response. It's like small movements seem to go tward my eyes fast. Does that make sense. I also have the lughtheadefness, heavy head feeling, head pressure and shaky inside feeling. Just awful. My ent put me on steroid nasal spray which did seem to help so far the horrid dizzy spells I was experiencing.
