is it ovarian cyst?

In december last year, I had cramps on my first day of period, which didn't go away even with pain killers(I seldom have period cramps). In January I had protected sexual intercourse with my partner and one day after the sexual intercourse I had pain in the area where the ovaries and fallopian tubes are, this has never hapenned before. The pain was as if someone was constantly pressing on my lower abs . I also felt a dull pain in my uterus and I was bloated as well. The pain was bearable and lasted around 10 days but I felt it more before sleeping. My bv also reoccured but went away after taking meds. My periods are regular but more painful. The constant pressure came back again but it was more mild. Now I do not have it anymore but somwtimes when I lay on my right side or left side on the bed, I feel pain in my ovaries. I also feel like small inflamation on my right side when I press it. I had my appendix removed when I was a child, so I know it is something else. I do not feel pain and I also don't bleed when urinating. Could it be an ovarian cyst or something else like pelvic inflamatory disease or endometriosis?

It's hard to say what could be the cause. It could even be an intestinal problem.
