Back pain associated with ovarian cyst?

Hello all! I am an 18 year old who has a 5.5 cm Simple Ovarian Cyst on my left ovary that has grown 2.3 centimeters from February (originally 3 cm now 5.5 cm) and along with the growth I have noticed a plethora of issues. The main issue being with an excruciating back pain.

Let me start off by saying that I know that everyone's bodies are different. Some women can have 9-10 cm cysts and not even know. Then others (like myself) can have medium sized cyst and feel all the symptoms PLUS more.

Has anyone had back pain along with their cysts. I know that anatomically the  left ovary sits infront of the bowel system. Is it likely that my cyst has grown EVEN MORE (providing that it has already been shown to grow 1+ cm in a months time) thus pushing everything into my spinal cord? The pain is almost exactly where the pain associated with my cyst is, and it's a pain that does not go away.

I work minimal work and have done absolutely nothing to stress my back (if anything I do daily stretches as prescribed by my PT back in October for a car accident!) Has anyone else every dealt with this?

I have a simple 5.5 cm cyst on my right ovary and terrible lower right back pain. I'm getting it removed via laparoscopy in 3 weeks. I know its whats been causing this. It has to be. The doctor thinks it might be too.
