What does "

I had a vaginal ultrasound for a simple ovarian cyst my gynecologist is monitoring since last november 2017. It is currently 5.5 x 5.1 x 5.1 cm. She says its simple and isn't too worried but i have terrible back pain so im getting it removed in 3 weeks. In the vaginal ultrasound they also noticed something abnormal in my uterus. The lower uterine segment to be exact. What could that be??A uterine cyst? Does cystic mean cysts? I'm having a hysteroscopy to check that out  during my laparoscopy surgery but im just wondering if anyone has been told the same thing? 34 yr old. No pregnancies. Irregular cycles. No heavy bleeding or pelvic pain. Thank you.

My question was: What does " Abnormal cystic changes at the lower uterine segment of the endometrium" mean?
