I responded to your priveat message. As to your question “HCV value is 1.46 can i bring it down?”

This looks like an antibody test result. Antibodies are not the virus they are made by your body when it is exposed to the hep c virus.

Once exposed to the hep c virus your body will continue to make antibodies against Hep c for the rest of your life. You will always test positive for hep c antibodies there is no way to change this.

Even if you treat and cure hep c and test not detected on the test for the virus itself, the HCV RNA test, you will always have hep c antibodies.
