Can get erection, but can only keep it with continued masturbation

As the title says, I can get an erection. But when I get fully erected it will only last a few seconds to a minute before going semi-erect. It only ever stays fully erect for long with continued masturbation.

I am 21 years old. Healthy. And I do still get morning erections without masturbation or erotic thoughts.
I have however watchec porn a lot in the past year. Masturbating pretty much everyday, for many hours, with many ejaculations.

Help would be appreciated.

Since you are getting normal morning erections, I'm thinking you equipt is not to blame. Could be you've just gotten too addicted to porn & continued masturbation for hours at a time. I would suggest cutting back somewhat on both the porn & masturbation frequency. Try to cut back to a few times a week, or at least no more then once a day. And from time to time, try masturbating with no porn stimulation - it can easily be done when you're horny enough. It's well-known that the continued visual stimulation of porn viewing tends to cause the user to require more & more stimulation to get any kind of response. Try to let your own body dictate how often you masturbate or have sex. Some of us do tend to get somewhat addicted to the whole thing & that just usually leads to all kinds of problems. I don't advise no sex or masturbation at all, just let your body find its natural 'rhythm', so to speak. You'll know you're there when you're getting sexual thoughts & erections just seem to pop up on their own. Hope this helps...
