Arthritis-like Pain But only during times of stress.

Hello!

7 years ago I experienced lower back pain, joint pain, and abdominal pain during times of extreme stress.  I noticed that all these symptoms came back once I found myself experiencing mean stress.

Is this most likely stress related or could it be an actual physical condition like Arthritis.

Lately my anxiety has kicked up a lot too.  I noticed that I will get super anxiety while at the super market.  I’m not consciously afraid of people, so I don’t understand this.  Seems that the sight of food causes me anxiety.  I mean, I still get hungry but I get anxious when in a supermarket. Not sure if it’s being in public or if it’s the food.

Any input is appreciated.

Thank you.

Stress can aggravate the intensity of pain. You can take a pain killer like Ibuprofen for relieving pain. But take it only after consulting your physician. Try to find out the root cause of your stress and try to work on it.
