Hemorrhagic cyst

Hi,
I have been diagnosed with hemorrhagic cyst and I have been on medication since a week now. Since a month I was having severe lower back pain and I thought it was maybe simple back pain. Can it be due to the cyst? Before one week i had severe lower abdomen pain and then i was diagnosed with the cyst.
I also did some back exercises a day before and now again my back has started to hurt.
Are these the symptoms of hemorrhagic cyst?
Please help.
Thanks.

Hi I have had so much pain in my lower back and stomach. My cyst was under 3 cm . I have a high tolerance for pain but I had to ask the doc for stronger pain meds as the pain is so bad. I hope it all gets sorted for u :)

The pain could be from the cyst.
