Yes, a nice, early ultrasound scan like that might have one or two days' margin for error, but not more. That would point to December 13-14 for conception. (Incidentally, its not "got conceived," it's "got pregnant." You got pregnant, the baby was conceived.) So between the medical evidence given to you by the ultrasound and the fact that any sex with the guy you are worried about was before your previous period, I would say you have nothing to worry about.

It depends on how early in the pregnancy the sonogram was. (They are not as accurate for determining conception if the sonogram was past the 10th week or so.) But nothing about your story suggests you conceived before your period.
