Ugh HELP PLEASE

I had a one night stand the day before my period which was November 19, and then I had my period on November 20. I have irregular periods, my last period was October 14 and then my next period was November 20th. So its pretty much a 36-37 cycle day period. Then ever since I had sex with my boyfriend after my period and I had a normal period which was 6 days long. I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant and my due date is on September 5. Is the sonogram accurate? I just want to know when I got conceived.. I just need reassurance of this. I’ve talked to this to my doctor and she said it’s my boyfriends, but I just wanna when I got conceived..

Yes, a nice, early ultrasound scan like that might have one or two days' margin for error, but not more. That would point to December 13-14 for conception. (Incidentally, its not "got conceived," it's "got pregnant." You got pregnant, the baby was conceived.) So between the medical evidence given to you by the ultrasound and the fact that any sex with the guy you are worried about was before your previous period, I would say you have nothing to worry about.

Lmp: November 20

First sonó: Jan 24 (7 weeks 6 days)

Edd from sonó: sep 6, 2018

Will that tell me when I got conceived? Which was dec 13? Or so?

Sorry if my long paragraph was confusing and long.

It depends on how early in the pregnancy the sonogram was. (They are not as accurate for determining conception if the sonogram was past the 10th week or so.) But nothing about your story suggests you conceived before your period.

Well on January 24, the sonó, I was 7 weeks 6 days and my doctor gave me the due date based on the sonó not on my period.
Not on the last menstrual period**
