Upper part of penis not erecting

Hello
Around three days ago while manstrubating I went too harsh with my penis and after that my upper part of penis is not erecting. Occasionally I experience slight pain in my penis but there is no blood or swelling. Is it a serious isaue or it will heal with time?

How hard were you going on yourself?  You should def give your penis a break.  It may take some time to heal, but I am not a doctor so I cant give you a definite answer.  If the issue doesnt resolve itself out, you may want to see a Urologist who specializes in ED type of stuff.  If you do go see a Urologist, show him or her a pic so that they can give you a better diagnostic.  I hope this helps a little bit and post any updates you may have.  Hope you heal man.

About a month from the injury and there has been (slight)  improvement.  I have started to experience morning erections though they are not that strong that they used to be.  There is a hourglass type deformity just under my glans where I experience pain.  I cannot get my penis fully erect without physically simulating it but when it is fully erect the deformation disappears. In the previous month I mansturbated around once in four days and I noticed my situation went worse (no erections even after physically simulating) in doing so. So I have decided not to mansturbate for two weeks and see the changes.  The longest I have abstained from mansturbation is six days and after those six days the results were good and I started to get spontaneous erections.
My question is how long do you think that I have to abstain from mansturbation so that my penis health is fully restored?
I went to a urologist two weeks ago and after examining me and asking a few questions ( about pain bleeding erections etc.) he told me that I am probably fine as I am getting morning erections.

Well I am not sure how long it would take to heal, but I would guess 6 months.  It sounds like your penis is trying to heal itself from hardcore use.  You may need to rest it for sometime, but if you are getting full erections than that is good.  Were you but chance doing something harmful to it like penis enlargement excercises?  If you were then stop doing that as there is no way on this planet to make your penis bigger.
