sharp urethral pain? (when not peeing)

i have this strange sharp pain near my urthral opening and small bumps on the skin around it. it doesnt vurn when i pee and i went to my gynecologist just 2 weeks ago. he didnt spot anything weird. i went because i had the bumps and an itchy infection. i got swabbed and was given yeast infection cream. the bumps werent present the day of the appointment but have recently resurfaced with pain. im am unsure what could have caused this. anyone have any ideas?
