Is he flirting? He made a joke about asking me for a ride home. He also likes to touch my arm. It could be innocent because he's a nice guy but im not sure.
It sounds like he likes you, and he may be attracted to you, but if he was interested in dating you, i think he would have made a move by now, so yes, you may be right about a good possibility he's in a relationship. I would assume that he is.

Yes i do like him. Its frustrating because it seems like hes been flirting for over 3_months but he hasn't directly made a move. Im thinking he may be in a relationship
