I’m 4 seems post op is it normal to have right side pain?

I had my uterus, cerci and Fallopian tubes removed.  Could I be having pain on the right side if I’m ovulating?

Yes, the pain could be from ovulation. But it could also be from the surgery. 4 weeks is still early post-op. A lot of cutting is done internally and organs shift so it takes many months for things to "settle."
