If the doc and the lady at the health department were correct in their analysis, either guy but more probably the second guy could be the dad.

Ok thxx u I was leaning towards the second guy too bcuz I just received a live 4d ultrasound and she looks like the second guy
Be sure to do a DNA test when the baby is born, at a lab approved by the courts (not a drugstore test) and do it with both men. You need a definite yes for one and no for the other, not just a resemblance.

Do you mean the doc said your due date was September 14? Or do you mean you thought of this yourself and the doctor said "Oh, yeah, sure"?

No the dr said it and the lady at the health department when u did my test and I had a ovulation calendar and it said the same thing

Either guy is within range if your due date is totally correct, though the second guy has better odds than the first guy. How did you get your due date? If from an ultrasound, how early in the pregnancy was the ultrasound?

I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks I believe and the dr agreed with me that my due date was September 14
