Do I have herpes? I'm not sure.. Please help!!!!

Hi Im a 28 year old heterosexual male. Ok 3 months ago I had unprotected sex with a woman I just met. Only sexual intercourse. She said she had no std.(which ended up being a lie) 2 days later I feel sick with fever and headache and chills. Day 4 I go to hospital and I am diagnosed with having the flu. They prescribe me 5 pills for treatment of flu. After two days symptoms vanish. Now about 14 to 16 days I feel itching at tip on my penis ,ache down shaft of penis,no burning never when urinating. I go back to hospital they do a urine culture sample and it comes back that I'm positive for Chlamydia only. Negative gono, and trich test.I was prescribe z pack 2 pills. But at time had no insurance so I went back to another hospital and told them I was expose to chlamydia and I have no insurance. They gave me a injection of rocephin and 4 z pack pills. After symptoms relieve except for ache in urethra no pain ever passing urine but did notice meatus sticking together. After first bowel movement after taking antibiotic I now have anus burning which has never came to a halt no itching it just burn. Also I would like to mention I ejaculated while I was diagnosed with chlamydia before I got that treatment. Now a month after treatment my penis still feels like it's on fire and ache in urethra and anal burning. I go back to hospital get instant treatment and same treatment which is  rocephin injection and z pack. This time penis on fire feeling is gone but urethra ache persist and anus burning presist.I went back to hospital tested negative for HIV(rapid blood test in the ER Room)And given another injection and pills exact same drugs as previous listed.Urine culture came back negative.Symptoms still presist. Last set of test i took was just 4 day shy of three months after exposure. What do you think my problem is. Is this urethral herpes or any type of herpes?!? I'm very scared I made a bad decision with a one night stand I hope it doesn't affect me for life...Fyi at no time have I had lesions, ulcers,or blisters. No visual changes in genital ever since exposure of in lifetime.

Test results came back negative. But I still have the same symptoms to this day I still don't understand...
Your symptoms are not inconsistent with a chlamydia infection. Nothing you describe sounds like herpes. Chlamydia can wreak havoc with your testes and prostate gland, which can give rise to the uncomfortable sensations you are experiencing. You should consider seeing a urologist.
Thanks for the input but what about the off and on anal burning after bowel movements?
Hemorrhoids are the most likely source of the anal burning.
OMG dude I have the same exact symptoms, on and off burning in anus and sometimes in the area between the anus and the scrotum.. and inside the penis tip which seems to increase if i drink a lot of water and urinate more frequently.. this is crazy.. i tested negative for hsv 1 and 2 at 6 weeks.. it's almost 5 months now and im too terrified to test again... but from what I've read we could be suffering from prostate issues or CPPS
Prostatitis could certainly be the issue. Your symptoms would certainly be more consistent with prostatitis than herpes. Once again, I strongly suggest you consider seeing a urologist.
Thanks a lot man I will see a urologist and update you!
Proostatitis issues? Im only 29 years old.

Did you get any herpes IGG testing done?
Was the swab test done for bacteria before your doctors gave you the subsequent antibiotics shots?

NO AFTER given antibiotics.
I'm in search of more in depth info.
I'm not sure how to get doctors to answer on this forum. I would say you need to do a herpes select blood test done at this point.  But I read that herpetic urethritis is extremely painful and it would clear after 3 weeks it wouldn't last for 3 months non stop.

There's a chance the chlamydia symptoms lingered after treatment, this happened to me before.
Wow. This exactly what I been thinking(lingering chlamydia)... Because I have not seen any more symptoms. But I plan on getting a hsv test soon. How long did your chlamydia symptoms linger?
They lingered for a good couple of months despite negative testing after the first treatment..  Sometimes infections hurt the nerves in the urethra and bladder So it takes time to heal even after the bacteria is eliminated..  Herpes urethritis woykd be extremely painful and woykd last for 3 weeks at a time.. So if it's an ongoing burnibg sensation / tingling lasting for months then it's not herpetic..  I gathered this fron all the extensive research that I've been doing.
Excuse my typos.. Using my phone to answer you lol

Wow...Thanks for the input. I'm going to get a full urethral Swab very soon. I have a primary care doctor now. So I schedule an appointment but that is not until the 6 of July.I hope it's not herpes that was some good and encouraging info you gave me. Thanks
But also I thought if it's a bacterial disease those antibiotics I took would have killed it???? I don't understand??
Yes it would have if it were just bacteria........... To me herpes is not a big deal I've had my second outbreak I'm not on any meds and I am definitely not in any pain or discomfort
