What tests should I request if I suspect ovarian cancer?

Hi there, I’m new to this forum.

I have some vague symptoms of low pelvic and abdo pain and flank pain (right sided only) more frequent urination and a feeling of ‘fullness’ in my low pelvic area.
I’m an in menopause & I’m 55
I’m worried it could be ovca.
I’m having an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound tomorrow and had a ca125 blood test today.
If the ultrasounds are in conclusive what other tests should I ask for?
Thanks in advance for any info you can give me.

What did you find out from the ultrasound? The CA125 is useless in diagnosing ovarian cancer. There are too many cases of an elevated result when cancer is not present (false positive). A friend and I had the exact same type of benign complex ovarian cyst / tumor. Her CA125 was very high (over 1000) while mine was in the normal range (around 30). Neither of us had ovarian cancer and were over-treated and have been suffering the many after effects ever since.
