Who could the father be
I been having sex with my boyfriend 2-3 times a day since my period finished the 6 November but on the 16 I cheated the guy didn’t *** inside but there is always pre *** but now I’m pregnant I’m freaking out. Is there a possibility that the guy I cheated with is the father. The day I conceived me and my fb had sex early morning and that night was when I cheated which would have been the 16 November. Please don’t judge.

Hm. So you were 8 weeks 1 day (from the first day of your last period) when you got the ultrasound due date of August 9? That doesn't guarantee you got pregnant on the 16th but it certainly does not rule it out.
All you can do is a DNA test. If the guy who is not your boyfriend had any sperm in his reproductive tract at the time, it could have taken a ride into your body on the pre-ejaculate. At this late date he probably doesn't remember reliably if he had ejaculated recently before having had sex with you, if he even wants to admit it.
You will need to test with both guys to be certain, unless you test with your boyfriend and get a positive. Don't use a drugstore test, go to a lab certified by the family courts in your area of jurisdiction. It is also possible that the hospital can do legally approved paternity testing. You can tell your boyfriend it is needed since you are not married.

It would be useful to figure out if you really got pregnant on the 16th. (You might have been pregnant already.) What was the first (not the last) day of your last period? How often do your periods come? Did you have an ultrasound?

I’m 32+ weeks first day of my last period was the 2 November 17.
And when you had your very first ultrasound, did they give you a due date based on the ultrasound measurements of your embryo? What was the date they did that ultrasound?
First they gave me August the 9th now they are saying the 5th of August
OK, so, they said August 9th first. When was that? If you can't remember the date of the ultrasound that gave you August 9, can you remember how many weeks along you were at the time?
December 28th was my first ultrasound and I got the 9th August
