Okay so, every day I have to take naps, and I can’t keep myself up. I go to bed at a reasonable time, and I don’t wake up too early. Usually I go to bed at 11:00-12:00 pm and wake up at 8:30-10:00 am.
In the middle of the day, I always have to take a nap! There isn’t getting past it, I’ll just doze off if I don’t just lay on my bed or the couch and go to sleep.
I’ve been having hallucinations, and these occur when I don’t go to sleep at night, or rarely in the daytime.
Could someone help me out?
