do i need to worry if i have nodulo calcific and reticulonodular in both upper lobes probably from process of granulomatous process? thanks pls

theres no symptoms. i dont have cough, i always do the inhale exhale breathing to know if theres something wrong if i breath.  i took 6 months medication for PTB last 2009. then yearly i took xray. last april 2018 i was curious everytime i saw in my xray that theres scars. thats why i consulted to my pulmonogist and for him i need to have apicolordotic view to know what is that scars and the finding was theres a nodule. thats why i did CT scan and the result was (A partially calcified nodule is noted in the right upper lobe measurig 1.1X1.2 cm. reticulonodiular densities with smaller calcified nodules are also noted in both apices. the pulmonary vascularity is normal,there are no pulmonary masses. there is no pleural effusion or thickening. there are no enlarge nmediastinal or hilar lymph nodes or ,masses. the heart is not enlarge. there is no pericardial effusion. the tracheobronchial airway is patent and nrmal in calliber  the rest of mediastinum is unremarkable. there are no enlarged axillary lymph nodes. the chest wall is intact and within normal limits. the impression was  theres a NODULO-CALCIFIC DENSITIES  and reticunodular densities in both upper lobes probably from previus granulomatous process. thank you for your reply

You probably had asperilligos or histoplasmosis a long time ago.  Nothing to worry about now.
