Wasnt sure where to post. Pain in back around shoulder blade

This came on about 5 hours ago, right after eating. I wont say it's gotten any worse at all but it's still there. Im wondering if its digestive related, due to timing and my stomach has been making gurgling noises, as if its having a hard time digesting. However, of course when i Google this scary things come up like heart attacks or blood clots. I'm not sure what to think. I have panic disorder and am know to over react with health issues so I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced similar? Should I be okay to go to sleep since it's not that painful and not worse? Is there any possibility its digestive related or would you think i need to go in to the ER af almost midnight. (I dont feel bad enough to but Google has me stressed) any thoughts? I dont have history of heart issues other than tachycardia.

I'm asking because it's not muscular. Aka doesnt hurt when I move, the area isnt tender, nothing indicating muscular. It feels deeper. It's a lot less noticeable this am but still vaguely there. I'm simply asking because I've never experienced this before and asking if others have. Like i said, it came on right after eating like immediately and I'm having other gastro symptoms so this is why I asked if anyone thought it would be digestive related. It's a localized sharp spot in the area I mentioned when I breathe deep. Not sure what other info you want on "what's going on"

No, you answered it -- when something happens right after something you did, in this case eating, and you have digestive problems, then that's probably it.  But as mentioned above, we can't diagnose you from here, though I'm not sure I'd see a doctor personally for heartburn.  Did you happen to recline or lie down soon after eating?  What are your other gastro symptoms?  And what are your eating habits and diet like?  If you do see a doc, be wary of the drugs they use for this -- if you take them for a long time they can cause rebound acidity, as they suppress stomach acid and you must have it in order to digest protein and minerals so your body must try to make more.  As for me, I've been through digestive problems early in life due to an ulcer and later due to medication, and the best fixes I got did not involve medication, so there are different ways to deal with digestive problems, the best being stopping doing whatever it is that's causing them.  Good luck.

Some people do get heart burn right in that spot and I have.  But who is to say you are.  I'd get seen by a doctor.

If your hospital has a help phone service, you can call in to see if they think it needs to be looked at. It would be a lot easier than trying to figure it out on a chat forum.

You need to tell us what it is -- your heading says pain in back around shoulder blade, which wouldn't seem to have anything to do with either digestion problems or heart problems or blood clot problems -- but in your text, that 's what you're talking about.  So I'm guessing there's more to it if it's so bad you're considering going to the ER.  If it is the back near the shoulder blade, that's usually muscular -- maybe from something you did recently or just by reaching for something or leaning on your arm.  Now, you seem to say you know Googling symptoms is a bad idea -- the same symptoms can be part of the pathology of hundreds of disorders or no disorder at all, so you can't google a symptom unless you have experience or expertise because of past problems in the same area.  You can Google the advice you get when you have a diagnosis, as there are many reliable sites to check up on things such as the Mayo Clinic site as an example, but without a diagnosis you're just fishing without bait.  But again, I'm guessing there must be something more to this or you wouldn't be considering the ER, so what is it exactly?
