Questions regarding paternity

I really appreciate you taking the time to read my post. I have been agonizing for months over this. My last menstrual period was October 8th, it was normal as far as I can remember, giving a due day of July 15th. I had sex with my ex boyfriend all of September. The last time I documented an encounter was September 24th, but we may have have been together on September 30th (I am 99% sure we were not, I am just adding this for the sake of being thorough and erring on the side of caution). We broke up on the 1st of October. From what I remember and charted, I had a normal period on October 8th. I reconnected with a previous boyfriend and we were together beginning the weekend of October 20th all through November (we are now dating). I found out I was pregnant after missing my period in November. I had a dating ultrasound on November 30th (at 7 weeks 4 days) that confirmed the July 15th due date. I also had another ultrasound on December 17th, 10 weeks, that dated the pregnancy 10 weeks 2 days (2days off). My anatomy ultrasound at 20 weeks showed the baby measuring a week - almost 3 weeks large. I am now in active labor. Is it possible what I charted as a period in October was not a period and my first two ultrasounds were off?

No, honey.  Doctors and ultrasound techs would not read an early ultrasound as a whole month off.  Enjoy your boyfriend's baby.

It just means that you had a baby that was bigger than the norm by its 20th week. The early ultrasounds are the ones that tell you what you need to know.
