10 weeks late, growing bump, negative test. Am I pregnant?

Am I pregnant? My period usually lasts 4 to 6 days with severe cramps and heavy bleeding (5 to 7 pads a day).

1/17 period.
2/16 period.
3/18 period.
3/24 intercourse.
4/16 period.
4/27 intercourse.
5/7 light cramps/bloated/sore breasts.
5/19 spotting (not enough to fill a pantyliner)
5/20 spotting (not enough to fill a pantyliner)
5/21 negative hcg.
5/28 negative hcg.
6/15 spotting (not enough to fill a pantyliner)
6/16 spotting (not enough to fill a pantyliner)
6/24 egg white cm discarge


I'm 36yo, I'm not in any medication. Always had a flat tummy (52kls/114lbs - 5'4/164cm). I'm not stressed, I don't exercise nor on diet. It's now the 25th of June (10 weeks from my last period. Since the 7th of May, I've been getting on/off light cramps mainly on my left pelvis, sore breasts mainly nipple but not fuller. Now I'm showing a bump on my lower belly.

I read that some women gets a negative blood test and ultrasound and doesn't get a positive till after 12 or sometimes 20 weeks.


Am I pregnant? Pls help.

Well, it is really rare not to get a positive pregnancy test when pregnant.  In the history of the world, has it happened? Yes.  But it wouldn't be the conclusion I'd come to and first positive at 12 to 20 weeks?  That would be a fluke.  What you probably should do is see your ob/gyn or doctor.  A blood test will give you another answer.  Blood work in general is very telling because it can measure your hormones.  And hormones being out of sync can cause the same things you describe.  I had a slow thyroid (called hypothyroidism) and a natural production of too much estrogen which combined made me get a period every 3 to 4 months for well over a year.  Not pregnant, just had hormones throwing things off.  A doctor can do simple blood work and tell you so set up an appointment.  good luck
