I have a 5cm by 7cm sebaceous cyst on my upper neck...what should I do?

I have a very large cyst (5 by 7 cm) on my upper neck. A small cyst was drained about one year ago, and has now returned and grown very large.

Argh.  Those are usually harmless but can be surgically removed if it is bothering you.   Don't pick at it but you can pace a hot towel on it to see if it will cause it to drain  If it does form white a the top, do not pick it off!  See your doctor to fully remove if it doesn't go away on its own.  Or again, you can go the surgical route and get this over with quickly.  good luck
