I had a corneal abrasion about 5 days ago..due to chemical spray..

I had a corneal abrasion about 5 days ago..due to chemical spray..the redness and pain are gone but there is blurred vision in effected eye...my power is -4.50 will it increase or can I get my eye back normal. IAM using antibiotic and lubricant drops...how many days it may take to cure..??  Can I use my glasses in mean Time ??

You can wear your glasses, the injury should not increase your myopia.  Since these injuries vary wildly in depth and width I can’t give you a healing time and tell you if it will get back to normal.   You would need to get that from the treating ophthalmologist. It’s possible you have a chemical burn rather than a traumatic corneal abrasion. Going forward wear proper industrial eye protection while spraying.
