Question about my worries regarding my health

I have small brown raised non itchy patches on my right side only that comes and goes without treatment. Dermatologist said that it is due to stress, I recenty developed vertigo and faint like feeling with skipping heart  beats.there is a small spot of tingling and numbness that travels through out my body. I have heart attack like symptoms that comes with nausea and cold hands and feet. I have done some tests like CBC and some vitamins and TSH all came out normal except a slightly elevated MPV and Mild Vitamin D deficiency. I am very worried about my symptoms and during the attacks I feel like Iam dying. Any help is greatly appreciated.

So, you've had a cardiac work up, I assume, and nothing was found?  Are they saying perhaps you are having panic attacks? They do very much feel like you describe and like you are dying.  They can come on either with triggers or without.  I would start journaling what is happening before the attacks to look for any pattern or triggers.  And since you've had stress brought up, perhaps a good psychologist would be good to add onto your list of health care supporters to begin the process of looking into this.  dietary issues such as low Vit D are easy to remedy with supplementation.  So, do that.  But if you have ruled out a heart issue, then I'd go the route of looking into mental health.  good luck

Thank you for replying. Yes nothing has been found till now and I am planning to go to a neurologist but terrified to do so as I am very afraid of multiple sclerosis as tingling feet is a common symtom of MS.
It's always scary but sometimes it turns out that we are worrying for nothing, then it is better to go to the doctor so we know, right?  And if turns out we DO have the disorder, then we can begin treatment to help.  Try not to worry.  But my guess is you are having panic attacks and a good psychologist/psychiatrist will be able to help you. good luck
