I have a cyst in left ovary!! suggest something..

I have a cyst of size 2.84*2.56*2.99 in left andexa(ovary)..can anyone help me to get to know whether it is dangerous or not??and what is its treatment??and how fast does it grow??what if i start treatment after 1 month??

Don't worry. Ovarian cysts are common and most go away on their own, no treatment needed. Yours is small. Do you know the type of cyst, e.g., simple, hemorrhagic, dermoid, complex? Your doctor should explain the details from the imaging report as well as next steps such as possibly another ultrasound in 6-8 weeks.
