How do you know you have yeast? Did you test for it? What does the rash look like? Is it itchy and/or burns? It might be "jock" itch, which is caused by a fungus.  Have you tried anything on it yet?

And also yes i have been trying antifungal cream miconazole nitrate 2 percent cream on penis and thigh rash not working tho the doc prescribed cromitazole but didnt work either so i switched to the miconazole
A lot of yeast are getting resistant to the anti-fungals that end in azole. You might try over the counter terbinafine (Lamisil). Try it for a week as directed on the package. See if that works.  If it doesn't I would revisit the doctor. It is not very effective to view photos on here. It doesn't bother me just not that good and identifying them by a photo. It sounds like a fungus that is resistant possibly. Be sure to wash your hands after touching the area and change underwear frequently. It is spread easily around those areas.
