Why does my vagina have a strong metallic smell and bitter taste?

Okay so two days ago I was with my boyfriend and we had sex with a condom and we were laying down and after a few minutes we were kissing and he was in top and he kept sliding his **** up and down my vagina and I felt like he wanted to put it in without a condom and I told him he could and he did but we didn’t have sex he just slid it in and then I told him to pull it out cause I didn’t wanna do anything stupid cause I’m not on birth control yet. So flash forward to today which is two days after that happened I realized my *** or discharge has a very strong bitter metallic smell/ taste to it, why? Is it cause he put his penis inside me without a condom? Someone please help.
