Could it be ALS?

Hi,

I am symptoms of weakness on my left side  that began last July. It was accompanied with headaches and what felt like pressure in my head. Eventually, these feelings went away. They occurred again in December of 2017. Same thing, went away after 1-2 weeks. Now, it is July 2018, and I am experiencing weakness on my left side again. It has been ongoing for a few days now. I have had a CT scan MRI, which both came back normal. I have a check up with my neuro at the end of this month. Main question. Do the early symptoms of ALS come and go?

Thank you!
