Persistent daily painful diarrhea to the point of passing out

Hello, i am a 22 year old male and for aslong as i can remember ive had chronic diarrhea, it always starts off with very powerful cramps, sweating, nauseousness, fatigue, and light headedness, and occassional passing out, keep in mind im asking on here because in the last 16 years of going to doctors etc they are stumped and have no answers for me, this occurs for me atleast 3 times a day, every single day of my life, i dont get normal BMs this is an every BM all BM experience, i have tried as many things as you can think of or things doctors recommend, i have taken every antacid they have, little to no effect, i have tried many many different diets, including no dairy, no gluten, no caffeine, even to the point of a 3 day fasting period to try cleansing my body of everything etc, wether i eat or not as i stated above this is a 3 time atleast a day occurrence, and the kicker of it all is there is times where nothing comes out and i feel paralyzed in pain with cramps same as when i actually go, it can get to the point where i feel like im seizing, and by that i mean lack of nervous function where my arms and legs pull in and shake and i cant control them, occasionally i will also have heart palpitations, i have no heart infection or disease and apperantly nothing wrong with my insides although i have had multiple bloodworks, ultrasounds etc, all i want is an answer to what i have if anyone can help, i have two children and i rarely get time with them because of all my washroom breaks, plus i work construction so this problem is severley jeopradizing my job, please help if you can, thank you

Gosh, that sounds debilitating.  I would say that you absolutely need to be in the care of a doctor.  What is their explanation for this?  Ibs?  Do they believe it has a psychological component?  What kinds of tests have you had done as one would wonder if you have a condition called malabsorption syndrome.  I would ask our doctor about this and assume you work with a gastroenterologist?

My doctor basically declared it was ibs years ago but from what i read and other peoples experience i fear its much worse than that and i feel like her diagnosis was just so i would stop going in to get looked at, and as far as test go i couldnt honestly tell you all of them ive been going to get it looked at since i was 6 and my medical records for this particular problem are as big as a phonebook, i feel a gastro should be my next course of acrion since i dont believe i have done that yet, i was just curious if others had something similar so i could suggest it to my doctor and maybe make her try harder to solve it
