As our members have stated, having zero risk means that the armpit issue is not related to HIV.  We are closing this discussion.

You have absolutely no reason to be scared.  You can not get HIV from a hand job.  HIV is inactivated  by air.  Even if you have a weakened immune system this is not a way that people get HIV.  How do people get HIV?  They have unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse (penetration required) and sharing of IV drug needles.  There's been no documented cases of HIV transmitted from a hand job in all the years of HIV history.  So, you do not need to worry.  You had ZERO risk.

I had protected sex with her and am not having an weakend immune system but I think my immune system is weakened after the exposure
That doesn't make sense.  You couldn't get HIV.  You had protected sex so it was safe.  Feel like this is a circular conversation that might have no end.  You have to think rationally.  Maybe you got the sore throat from her but this is the HIV forum and you couldn't have gotten HIV.  A weakened immune system is not contagious.  You did not get HV and this is not an HIV concern.
Jomonkollakaran  You don't have any medical training so it is unrealistic for you to have so much confidence in your ability to diagnose hiv. You made a wild guess that your immune system is weak just because you got a sore throat, then concluded that you have HIV which is unscientific. See your doc and a therapist to explain to you that you are not capable of diagnosing disease since you have no medical training and are using unscientific ideas.

Handjob (or sex with condom btw) are not HIV risks so you were a long ways from any HIV risk. It is not surprising that your friends are not tensed up, so you should relax too.
You interact with others who cough on your lips and door knobs so you caught a sore throat just like billions of other negative people. There is nothing unusual about negative people getting what you misinterpret as ARS.

I am experiencing a sore throat right now and am concerned because I used to get sorethroat before but no as frequent,
No risk=no disease=no ARS. I have no idea why you think sore throats have a pattern, considering there are different bacteria that cause them.
I don't think there s a pattern but weakening immune system doses invite frequent diseases and that's why am scared, my armpits hurts without visible lump all the time ,I never had those and may be it's the anxiety
