can breathing in toxic fumes harm my baby?

I’m 5 months pregnant and wasn’t thinking and stupidly mixed bleach and vinegar to clean my toilet when I started to smell it I flushed the toilet immediately and ran outside but I’m worried.. will this will have any affects on my baby?

Hi, congrats on your baby . . . you are half way done! Yay!  Try not to worry.  While you wouldn't want to breath in bleach very often, a brief time cleaning with it at the toilet will likely do no harm.  You can mention it to your doctor at your next visit but most people clean with cleaners that have bleach in them during their pregnancy.  Ventilated areas are best but a brief exposure is probably pretty common.  Tell us what the doctor says at your next visit.  good luck
