Hello~I would go in again and insist for a cardiac work up, an x-ray is not going to show how the heart is working.
Please seek medical attention immediately. Pain under your left arm that radiates down through your fingers could be a sign of a serious cardiac event. It may be nothing serious, and could be a pinched nerve, but this situation does warrant an emergency visit.

I did they took an x ray and said it must be pulled muscles but it gets worse daily a few fingers are numb too pain is horrible
