Hi, it's me again. Last 4 weeks,I had an oral sex with my gf, and rubbed our genitals for a couple of seconds.I rubbed my thing on the clit from left to right(not up and down)(Unsure about precum but I wiped it off before doing it so).After 3 hours, she gave me a ** and cummed on my both hands. So, this is not likely to lead to pregnancy.  A penis really needs to enter the vagina.  I would not be concerned about this.  good luck
