My hemoglobin level is a 7.4

My hemoglobin level is a 7.4 And I was discharged from the ER and sent home with iron pills I have not been able to get out of bed besides throwing up diarrhea and have had chills what should I do

Do you have cirrhosis? If you do contact your doctors office ASAP they should have an after hours emergency number to speak with a doctor.

Becoming dehydrated with ESLD can be a life threatening emergency. If you can’t get help from your liver specialist office ASAP go back to the emergency room is my lay persons recommendation.
