Getting HCV or HBV while venipuncture

Hello, folks.

Curious if this is considered as risky scenario. Taking blood sample couple of days ago. New gloves, new needle and other med stuff. Nurse was trying to put two alcohol wipes on sterile paper napkins lying on metal tray. But missed with one and it fell on the tray. She used “dirty” wipe to clean large area near vien, and lean one to clean vien itself. I am wondering if I could catch HCV or HBV that way (there could be invisible blood on the tray, and needle could push the virus into my bloodstream)? Or this is just paranoia?)

Doesn’t sound like best practices but no not a risk.
