What are these white bumps under my tongue and how do I get rid of them?

I have been shadowing at a dentist office. Yesterday was my last day and today when I woke up I noticed weird feeling under my tongue. After looking at it I noticed there were very small white bumps, 3 on my left side and 1 on the right side. I also noticed that there’s one were my upper and lower lip meet. They don’t cause any pain but I want to know what they are and how to get rid of them as they are annoying.

If these white lesions persist more than 2weeks, seeing a dentist is advised.
