What is a quick heart healthy breakfast that is good and is good for you?

I'm always on a run and do not have time to cook in the mornings.  I need some examples of quick breakfasts to make or buy.

Oatmeal is wonderful for Lowering Cholesterol & you can add berries, raisins, and I use Stevia for sweetner.
