X-ray result SEMI LORDOTIC !!

Hello ! Please answer my question , because I was shocked when I did a medical check up last 22nd of this month because of the work purposes ! After 3 days , I went back to the office just to find out and get my result !! All of my me results are okay , except to my x-ray ! Because the result is I have a semi LORDOTIC !! What actually is the main reason to have this illness !! The doctor said i might have TB , it's make me wondering , because I don't have cough nor cold or even fever ! That's why I need someone to answer my question , for me to clarify it ! Thanks in advance.
