You are describing elastography results which measure fibrosis:

The best person to ask to answer this question is a heptatologist but KPA 20.0 suggests cirrhosis.

What I should go to gastro or another
Who ordered the fibroscan??
If it was me, I would book an appointment with a liver specialist (heptatologist) but if that isn't possible for whatever reason then a gastro will do.
