Will throwing up cause further detachment of PVD

I have a PVD in my right eye, on minimal activity for the next two weeks until next exam.  Told I was at a 90% rick level for RD until then.  Last night I had a bad migraine and was scared to death of throwing up.  I have chronic migraines and freaked out.  Any thoughts?  Luckily the phenigrin caught it in time......

The risk of a RD with a PVD is NEVER 90%.   By age 50 half people have PVD by age 70  its 75%.   Risk of RD in general population without special risk factors is one in 8,000 to 12,000.    Not at all likely to cause RD and your figures of risk are wildly inflated.

First let me thank you for your response-  I click three of the four areas for a RD- age (61), family history (mother) and severe myopia although I had lasik 20 years ago.  I was told no heavy lifting, no inversion activities, no jumping, bumping head on anything.  You gave a "pat" answer without knowing anything else about me.  What about watching for an increase in flashing lights, increase in floaters and the dark curtain?  I hope you are a computer alga rhythm responding, for which I would understand-  if not- you're bedside manner sucks.  If I'm asking- will throwing up cause any further issues, which you never addressed, I truly hope you are just a computer giving answers that tick the boxes.
Even with those risk factors your risk would never rise to 90%.
